Coordinate Metrology
- DCCs for reference spheres, step gauges, ball plates and hole plates.
- Modular DCCs for various geometrical features (using the Multi-Feature Check as an example) developed in the TransMeT project 3DKiK until mid-2026.
- DCCs for the acceptance and reverification test of coordinate measuring systems in accordance with the ISO 10360 series developed by the joint technical committee of DIN and VDI/VDE 4.31 (coordinate measuring machines).
